Many of our students were already fit when they joined.
Some through gym, other through running, others through being yoga teachers, Tai Chi teachers of because their jobs are physical.
These students enjoy training at Warrior Arts Kung Fu Club because the training is demanding. They sometimes even decide to cut back on the gym because they need more recovery time after our training !
People who are already fit tend to enjoy learning an intricate new skill that can enahance many aspects of their busy lives.
For example, an excellent self defence art and also a great meditation system.
In any event students usually report that they feel calmer and more in control, in relationships and especially at work where things are getting more stressful and demanding due to the recession.
