Syllabus – for each level of your training, an individual syllabus has been devised to address the following:

Military style combat circuit training

Pad work drills to gain fitness, power and stamina

Set Forms to gain co-ordination and muscle memory

Two person sets to learn movement, timing and application

Free work against empty hand, weapons and multiple opponents (pressure test for seniors only)

Direct Street Self Defence – non classical moves to get the job done

Ancient and modern use of weapons (stick and knife)

Meditation and advanced Qi Gong (internal energy work)
