Syllabus

Syllabus – for each level of your training, an individual syllabus has been devised to address the following:

Challenging military style combat circuit training

Unique pad work drills to gain fitness, power and stamina

Fa Jing Ch’uan set Forms to gain co-ordination and muscle memory

Two person fighting sets to learn movement, timing and application

Free work against empty hand, weapons and multiple opponents (pressure test for seniors only)

Quick and Dirty Street Self Defence – non classical moves to get the job done

Ancient and modern use of weapons (stick and knife)

Gun defence

Meditation and advanced Qi Gong (internal energy work)
