Womens Self Defence and Fitness

Females do very well in this training group.

This is a friendly and safe environment with no egos where you’ll learn new skills to enhance your life and defend yourself.

Female students at the club tend to be become very powerful because the style is very natural and not based on muscular strength alone.

Asides from the normal syllabus you’ll also learn about specific close range combat for women including:

  • Defence against grabs, bear hugs, hair pulls, etc
  • Seated defence
  • Anti rape skills
  • Street legal improvised weapons
  • The law
